Both Building Control and Planning provide first class professional service, which are geared to meet the needs of developers and the public at large. Applicants will generally deal with the same Officer from deposit of application through to completion of worksallowing a good working relationship between all parties concerned.
Whenever possible, inspections will be carried out on the day of request, provided it is requested before 10.30 am of that day.The staff involved have a wealth of local information on ground conditions, drainage etc and will endeavour to arrive at a satisfactory solution to any problems that may arise.
